Let the Blogging Begin......

You know I’ve traveled many, many miles over the last 10 years or so to see The Isaacs perform.  I wish I’d kept a log, but who knew when I started out that I would become hooked and later become somewhat of a roadie!  The night before a trip I still get a nervous stomach and I just feel jittery knowing that tomorrow I’ll get to see them and spend time with them and hear that sweet music that they are so well known for.  That’s the way I’m feeling tonight.  I still have two hours left to work and I haven’t even started packing for my weekend trip yet.  I can barely contain my excitement!

The plan is to hit the road to Myrtle Beach by 8:00 AM in the morning and arrive there around 11:00.  I might have to make a quick stop at the Tanger Outlets and then on to the Convention Center I’ll be going.  I promise to blog as often as I can and I’ll be sharing a few photos along the way.

Be sure to stop in often and please leave a comment!!!

Wish you all could ride along……..

Great News!!

A special message from Becky's husband John Bowman.....

Hello Friends.

I'm in Nashville, TN today. A little cool!!! Winter is just around the corner.

I have been in Nashville for a couple of days with Becky. She is recording a CD with Sonya. It is a CD of songs they have written for other artists. They have some of the best players in Nashville on the CD. Aubrey Haynie, Brent Mason, Shannon Forrest, Gordon Mote, Paul Franklin, Jerry Slosh, guitar extraordinaire, Bryan Sutton, and of course, brother Ben Isaacs. It is sounding great. Some of the songs you will recognize, others you won't. YOU WILL LOVE IT! Be looking for it early next year.

You're Invited.........

The Isaacs would like to invite you to come out and join us in concert this weekend.  Friday and Saturday night we will be performing at the annual Gaither Fest in Myrtle Beach, SC.  The event is held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center/Sheraton Hotel.  There are still tickets available and you can purchase them at   This is always a great event with a lot of the Gaither Homecoming artists there.  You get three full concerts chocked full of great music.  Sunday night will find The Isaacs in Lumberton, NC at Kingdom Place.  This is a free event and it starts at 5:00 pm.  After the concert on Sunday night The Isaacs will travel to Deland, Florida.  We'll get to enjoy the Volusia County Fair on Monday and then at 8:00 on Monday night we'll be in concert at the Fair.

We hope you can join us!  We'd love to see you there!!

The Isaacs & Singing News......

The November issue of the Singing News magazine features The Isaacs. The multi page article focuses on the personal lives of each of the family members. It takes a look into what each of them faces from day to day.  The article brought tears to my eyes and also a few chuckles. It just confirms what I already knew.....that each of them is very special and their walk with Jesus is too.  Pick up a copy today.
